At DawnHerbal, we take pride in the quality and care of our handcrafted herbal products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at support@dawnherbal.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
- The product was full price and not an on sale or clearance product

It must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding any original delivery charges.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Dawn Herbal cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dawnherbal.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
